titleOfInvention | Ionic liquids, solvents, preparations and transdermal absorbers |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a transdermal absorber capable of improving the permeability of nucleic acids into the skin. The ionic liquid contains a cation obtained by ionizing the amino group of β-alanine ethyl ester and an anion represented by the general formula R -- COO.sub.2--. In the general formula, R represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, and at least one of the ethylene groups constituting the alkenyl group may be replaced with a vinylene group.
