titleOfInvention | Aqueous Dispersion, Method for Producing Aqueous Dispersion, Ink, Printing Method, and Printing Apparatus |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to allow an ink produced using an aqueous dispersion to stand still even when an aqueous dispersion containing a composite of a pigment and a resin that improves the dispersibility of the pigment is used. There is a problem that a precipitate is generated at , and it is difficult to redisperse the precipitate. Moreover, when an image formed with the ink is heated for the purpose of drying or the like, there is a problem that the image density is not improved as compared with the case where the image is not heated. SOLUTION: An aqueous dispersion containing resin particles and a surfactant, wherein the resin particles include pigment-encapsulated resin particles encapsulating a pigment in a resin, and the resin is a non-crosslinked polyester resin and a crosslinked polyester resin. It contains a resin, the 50% cumulative volume particle size (D50) of the aqueous dispersion is 200 nm or more and 500 nm or less, and the aspect ratio of the pigment-encapsulating resin particles is 1.0 or more and 1.5 or less. An aqueous dispersion characterized by: [Selection figure] None |
