abstract Kind Code: A1 A method for manufacturing a separator plate made of a synthetic resin molded article to which electrical conductivity is imparted is provided. A monohydric alcohol is adsorbed on carbon black aggregates. Monohydric alcohol is adsorbed on pellets made of thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin. A collection of pellets 1 is loaded into a mixer with an attached atomizer and a collection of aggregates 2 is loaded into the atomizer. After that, the pellet mass is rotated, the aggregate mass is jetted toward the rotating pellet mass, and the aggregate mass is laminated on the surface of the pellet to produce a pellet mass. Furthermore, a fuel cell separator plate is manufactured by an extrusion molding method using a group of pellets made of a thermoplastic resin. Alternatively, a group of thermosetting resin pellets is used to manufacture a fuel cell separator plate by compression molding. [Selection drawing] Fig. 1
