abstract | An imaging device and an electronic device capable of improving parasitic photosensitivity are provided. An imaging device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure has a first surface serving as a light incident surface and a second surface facing the first surface, and a plurality of sensor pixels arranged in an array. a semiconductor substrate provided on the first surface side in the semiconductor substrate and generating a charge corresponding to the amount of light received by photoelectric conversion; and a photoelectric conversion unit provided on the second surface side in the semiconductor substrate and photoelectrically converting the a first light shielding portion extending in an in-plane direction of the semiconductor substrate and provided on the first surface side between the charge holding portion for holding the charge transferred from the portion and between the photoelectric conversion portion and the charge holding portion; and a condensing optical system condensing incident light substantially at the geometric center of the first light shielding portion in a plan view.
