titleOfInvention | A processing apparatus for a long object and a method for processing a long object |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to reduce the displacement of the parting line between elongated bodies during suri-bake molding. A processing apparatus 10 for a long body made of an elastomer material includes an upper mold 16 and a lower mold 18 each having a molding groove along a predetermined direction, and the upper mold 16 and the lower mold 18 are in contact with each other. a molding die 14 in which an uncrosslinked elastomer material is placed in a space formed by the molding grooves of the upper mold 16 and the molding grooves of the lower mold 18, and the center of the molding die 14 in the extending direction of the molding grooves. It comprises heating units 20, 22 for heating the mold 14 so that the ends are hotter than both ends, and a pressurizing cylinder 30 for pressurizing the mold 14. The surface roughness of the inner surface of the molding groove of the upper mold is different from the surface roughness of the inner surface of the molding groove of the lower mold. It is different from the surface roughness of the part molded in contact with the molding groove of the lower mold. [Selection drawing] Fig. 1 |
