abstract 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition containing torula yeast-derived dietary fiber as an active ingredient and having an excellent effect of improving rough skin. [Solution] The inventors have found that treating normal human fibroblasts with an extract containing yeast-derived dietary fiber improves the cell migration ability and is effective in alleviating rough skin, and completed the present invention.
