abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a health drink capable of efficiently taking silicic acid into the body. Preferably, water-soluble silicic acid is mixed with dissolved water in which citric acid as an organic acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate as a bicarbonate are dissolved, and if necessary, carbon dioxide gas is injected to produce a health drink. .
