abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the compatibility between chlorinated polyethylene and an ethylene α-olefin copolymer and reduce the generation of aggregates. SOLUTION: (a) a step of obtaining a first mixture by mixing a chlorinated polyethylene and an ethylene α-olefin copolymer, (b) an ethylene α-olefin copolymer is further added to the first mixture. It has a step of forming a resin composition composed of a second mixture by mixing, and the amount of the chlorinated polyethylene added in the step (a) is 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the base polymer. The total amount of the ethylene α-olefin copolymer added in the step (a) and the step (b) is 40 parts by mass or more in 100 parts by mass of the base polymer. It is 80 parts by mass or less, and the mass ratio of the amount of the chlorinated polyethylene added in the step (a) to the amount of the ethylene α-olefin copolymer added is 1: 0.875 to 1.125.
