abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varnish for a plastic container such as cosmetics, in which a coating film is cured by an irradiation treatment of ultraviolet rays which does not deform the container, and a moist and soft touch is exhibited when touched by hand, while the physical properties required for the container are obtained. Provide a varnish composition that can be secured. SOLUTION: The oxetane compound (A) is 20 to 60 parts by mass, the acrylate compound (B) is 10 to 30 parts by mass, the photocationic polymerization initiator (C) is 1 to 5 parts by mass, and the photoradical polymerization initiator (D) is 0. A resin composition containing 10 to 30 parts by mass of urethane resin beads (E) having an average particle diameter of 10 to 25 μm and a glass transition point of -80 to 0 ° C. in an amount of 5 to 2 parts by mass and dry-coated after coating. A varnish composition having a surface RSm (average length of roughness curve elements) of 100 to 300 μm and a young ratio of the base varnish portion in the range of 2000 to 5000 MPa.
