abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fullerene manufacturing apparatus capable of improving the yield of fullerene. SOLUTION: A fullerene manufacturing apparatus for producing fullerene by incomplete combustion of a raw material gas containing a hydrocarbon has a wall portion on one end side, a wall portion on the other end side, a wall portion on the one end side and the other end. A reaction furnace having a peripheral wall portion surrounding a wall portion on the side, and a raw material gas containing the hydrocarbon and a first oxygen-containing gas provided on one end side of the reaction furnace and injected toward the other end side are not used. It has a first injection unit for complete combustion and a second injection unit which is arranged outside the first injection unit and injects a second oxygen-containing gas into the reaction furnace 2.
