abstract | 【Task】 It suppresses aggregation and aggregation of particles of the same composition in the polyester resin composition, imparts slipperiness and is excellent in handleability in dry film resist applications, suppresses exposure inhibition, and achieves resist formation with few defects. Provided is a polyester resin composition capable of exhibiting excellent electromagnetic conversion characteristics and error rate characteristics even when used in a polyester film for a magnetic recording medium. SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition composed of terephthalic acid or a dicarboxylic acid component mainly composed of the dicarboxylic acid component and ethylene glycol or a diol component mainly composed of the terephthalic acid, which contains organic particles, and the organic particles have a volume average particle diameter of 0.03. The organic particles having a volume of ~ 3.00 μm, 1.0 to 3.0% by weight based on the polyester resin composition, and having the same composition have a bimodal peak volume particle size distribution, which is more than twice the volume average particle size.
