abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a body and maintain health by oneself in daily life so as not to use a medical institution, such as fungi, bacteria, viruses and the like which are pathogens causing infectious diseases. It is an object of the present invention to provide an infection prevention and deodorant cleaning agent that prevents invasion into the human body, and a hygienic product using the same. SOLUTION: This is an infection prevention and deodorant cleaning agent containing a titanium phosphate compound as an active ingredient, and the powder or granular titanium phosphate compound is a polysaccharide, an alkali metal salt of a polysaccharide, quaternary. A pure aqueous solution, an electrolytic aqueous solution, a pure water / alcohol mixed solution, or an electrolytic water / alcohol in which one or more selected from a polymer having an ammonium base and a surfactant having a quaternary ammonium base is dissolved.
