abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a processing technique for a virus which can be administered to humans by overcoming immunogenicity to a virus and having fewer side effects than processing of carrier cells or polymers. SOLUTION: The composition for introducing a virus containing a liposome containing a tumor-soluble virus or a variant thereof, wherein the liposome contains DOPE, DOTAP and PC as constituent lipids of a lipid membrane, and the same. A composition having a content of DOPE: 45 to 65 mol%, DOTAP: 30 to 50 mol%, and PC: 2 to 8 mol% with respect to the total lipid constituting the liposome. [Selection diagram] None
