titleOfInvention | How to reinforce or repair structures |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for reinforcing or repairing a structure such as a concrete structure and / or a wooden structure regardless of the shape and / or size of the structure. SOLUTION: This is a method of adhering a reinforcing fiber sheet to a structure to reinforce or repair the structure, in which a reinforcing fiber sheet and a thermoplastic epoxy resin are overlapped and contacted with the structure. Next, on the structure, at least a part of the peripheral portion of the reinforcing fiber sheet and the thermoplastic epoxy resin is covered with at least a sealing sheet, and the sealing sheet is sealed. Next, the thermoplastic epoxy resin is heat-treated and melted, and the internal space defined by the sealing sheet and the structure is evacuated. Next, the thermoplastic epoxy resin is pressed against the reinforcing fiber sheet by the sealing sheet, and the thermoplastic epoxy resin is pressed into the gaps between the fiber sheets constituting the reinforcing fiber sheet and the voids existing on the surface of the structure. The gaps are impregnated and then the thermoplastic epoxy resin is cooled and solidified. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
