abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain not only a fiber reinforced resin having good impregnation property of a matrix resin and excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance and high temperature mechanical properties with good productivity, but also excellent handleability (particularly, morphological stability). Provided are a reinforcing fiber base material and a reinforcing fiber laminate. SOLUTION: [1]: Reinforcing fiber thread, [2]: Reinforcing fiber thread group formed by arranging reinforcing fiber threads in parallel, [3]: Reinforcement composed of [1] or [2]. A reinforcing fiber base material in which a resin material is arranged on at least one side surface of a reinforcing fiber aggregate selected from any of fiber fabrics, and the resin material is a semi-aromatic polyamide containing a terephthalic acid component.
