PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a bond between BSH and an intracellular carrier peptide by modifying the intracellular carrier peptide with a maleimide group in a single synthesis. However, when a maleimide group is used, chiral carbon is generated at the bond point, and there is a possibility that a racemate is formed. By linking BSH and an intracellular transport peptide with a methylenecarbonyllinker (-C-C (O)-), the generation of racemic compounds can be suppressed, and boron that can be safely administered to the human body can be suppressed. Compounds can be obtained. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
