abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss tangent, processability and adhesiveness, and a resin composition sheet, a laminate and a multilayer circuit board using the same. A resin composition containing (A) a polyimide resin, (B) a phenylene ether resin, and (C) a polybutadiene resin. The (B) phenylene ether resin contains at least one crosslinkable functional group selected from the group consisting of a phenolic hydroxyl group, an acrylic group, a vinyl group, and an epoxy group at the end of the molecular chain. A resin composition characterized in that the number average molecular weight of the (C) polybutadiene resin is 500 or more and 5000 or less. [Selection diagram] None |
