Cathode and electrolytic capacitors |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode body capable of suppressing hydrogen gas generation and an electrolytic capacitor provided with the cathode body. A cathode body of an electrolytic capacitor includes a cathode foil of a valve acting metal and a conductive layer formed on the surface of the cathode foil and containing a carbon material . The natural immersion potential when the cathode body of this electrolytic capacitor is immersed in the electrolytic solution is the same type of valve acting metal as the cathode foil of the cathode body, and the control cathode foil having a purity of 99.99% or more is the same electrolytic solution. It is on your side of the natural immersion potential when immersed in , 0.15 V or more when the electrolytic solution contains a nitro compound, and 0.3 V or more when the electrolytic solution does not contain a nitro compound. It's your side. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
