abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing copolymer and a leather-treated composition which are excellent in storage stability and can impart water repellency to an object to be treated containing an oily component. SOLUTION: This is a fluorine-containing copolymer containing a (A) constituent unit of the formula (1) and a (B) a constituent unit derived from a non-fluorine monomer, and a configuration derived from (B) a non-fluorine monomer. The unit includes the structural unit of (B-1) of the formula (2), the structural unit of (B-2) of the formula (3), and the structural unit of (B-3) of the formula (4). The mass ratio ((A) / (B)) is 30/70 to 70/30. (B) When the total amount of the constituent units is 100 parts by mass, (B-1) is 71 to 85 parts by mass, and (B-2) is 11 to 28 parts by mass. The molar ratio ( MF / MEO) of the number of moles MF of the perfluoroalkyl group in (A) to the number of moles MEO of the oxyethylene group in (B-3) is 1 to 7. [Selection diagram] None
