abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable composition having excellent curability and thermal stability, which contains an acid generator having excellent photoreactivity and thermal stability as a cationic polymerization initiator. A composition containing a photoacid generator and a cationically polymerizable compound, wherein the acid generator contains a sulfonium salt represented by the following general formula (1). .. [In the formula (1), R 1 and R 2 are aryl groups having a C number of 10 to 14 or heterocyclic hydrocarbon groups having a C number of 6 to 14 independently of each other. A part of the H atom of the aryl group may be substituted with the substituent (t). The substituent (t) is an alkyl group having a C number of 1 to 8 or an aryl group having a C number of 6 to 10.
