The chloroprene-based rubber is a homopolymer of 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene, or at least one monomer selected from 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene and acrylonitrile and 2-chloro-1. , A copolymer with 3-butadiene is preferred.
