titleOfInvention Limporphyrin compounds, their production methods, and biomolecular damage agents
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel biomolecular damage agent containing a phosphoporphyrin compound, which can be used in photodynamic therapy, and a method for producing the phosphoporphyrin compound. SOLUTION: For example, 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (4-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin is reacted with phosphoryl chloride in pyridine to obtain an intermediate dichloroline (V) tetrakis (4-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin. A biomolecular-damaging agent containing bis (6-quinolinoxy) phosphorus (V) tetrakis (4-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin obtained by synthesizing and further reacting two molecules of 6-quinolinol.
