titleOfInvention | Filter manufacturing method and filter manufacturing equipment |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a filter reinforced based on a filter paper or the like so that a number of times of reuse can be obtained significantly higher than that of a filter paper alone. A filter manufacturing apparatus 20 includes a filter skeleton supply unit 21, a reinforcing layer forming unit 22, a dry fixing unit 23, and a filter winding unit 24, and is wound around the filter skeleton supply unit 21 in a roll shape. In the filter skeleton 11, the reinforcing layer (cellulose nanofiber layer) 12 is laminated on one side (lower surface) of the reinforcing layer forming portion 22 as a thin film layer having a required thickness by adsorption, and then the moisture is removed by the dry fixing portion 23. After that, a roll pressure is applied, and the filter is further dried by a heater roll or the like. Finally, the filter F1 is wound into a roll shape by the filter winding unit 24, and the reinforcing layer 12 is laminated and fixed on one side of the filter frame 11. Can be manufactured.
