PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a device having one or more nozzles having a tubular fiber spinning needle, and a wide range of synthetic polymers and bio-based polymers to make harmless polymer fibers and microfibers made from them, from small to large scale. And methods for producing nanofiber polymer materials. The device and the method enable continuous in-line production of safe polymer fibers at high fiber production rates with high energy efficiency. Faster polymer fiber production rates allow at least one nozzle acting on the tubular fiber spinning needle 110, resulting in rotational movement of the tubular fiber spinning needle 110 and higher polymer injection speed per nozzle.
