titleOfInvention | Transmission / reception independent integrated probe |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a very low sensitivity (Gain) of a probe for an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. The reason was that the wave reception sensitivity was very low because the same device was used for transmission and reception. This patent proposes a means to solve this problem. SOLUTION: As a means of solving the problem, an ultrasonic wave transmitting section and a receiving section thereof are separated, and appropriate devices are provided for each to improve efficiency. That is, since the oscillating part requires power, a device made of a rigid body was used, and a device made of an organic film having extremely good receiving sensitivity was used for the receiving part.
