PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleeding inhibitor capable of suppressing bleeding without causing a decrease in fluidity or strength. SOLUTION: The bleeding inhibitor contains at least aluminum sulfate and an inorganic fine powder, wherein the aluminum sulfate is 50 to 90% by mass and the inorganic fine powder is 10 to 50% by mass.
