SOLUTION: This is a concrete pavement 120 used for a facility that supplies power to a charging target on a road surface in a non-contact manner, and is made of an aggregate, a cement hardened body that bonds the aggregates to each other, and an aggregate and a cement hardened body. It comprises a polymer present in the gap and has a dielectric positive contact of less than 0.1. Polymers have a higher relative permittivity and lower dielectric loss tangent than aggregates.
