PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting Serpinc1 expression, which is a member of the serine proteinase inhibitor (serpin) superfamily, and a method for treating a subject having a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia. SOLUTION: The sense chain contains a sense chain and an antisense chain, and the sense chain contains at least 15 consecutive nucleotides which are 3 nucleotides or less different from the nucleotide sequence of a specific sequence, and the antisense chain is another specific sequence. A double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) for inhibiting Serpinc1 expression is used, which comprises at least 15 contiguous nucleotides that differ by 3 nucleotides or less from the nucleotide sequence of.
