abstract | The present invention comprises compositions for detecting or measuring the concentration of hydrogen sulfide, and active ingredients for diagnosing or imaging in vivo inflammation, tissues with hypoxic damage, or cancer. Concerning compositions containing the same. According to the present invention, containing the compound represented by the formula 1 ( 99 m Tc-alpha-hydroxy acid) having alpha-hydroxy acid labeled with 99 m Tc, for detecting hydrogen sulfide, or the concentration of hydrogen sulfide. The composition for measuring hydrogen sulfide enables detection or concentration measurement of hydrogen sulfide at in vivo and in vitro levels, and therefore for detecting hydrogen sulfide and for measuring the concentration of hydrogen sulfide, and further for hydrogen sulfide. To discover the biological role of in vivo, especially in diseases or hypoxic tissues selected from the group consisting of angiogenesis, inflammation, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, cardiovascular ischemia, and cerebrovascular ischemia. It can be effectively used to detect, image, and quantitatively measure hydrogen sulfide. |
