abstract | The present invention relates to the production of intermediates useful for the synthesis of diphenylmethane derivatives that can be used in SGLT inhibitors. The method for synthesizing the compound of Chemical Formula 7 according to the present invention solves the problems of the existing synthesis step, which requires an additional step by synthesizing the Grignard reagent and also requires management of related substances. In addition, the process can be simplified by eliminating the need for reprocessing of the reaction product by minimizing the production of related substances, and through this, the production yield of the diphenylmethane derivative can be maximized. |
