The present invention is a topical emulsion containing at least one anticholinergic compound, oil phase, aqueous phase, and emulsifier, 1 or 2, preferably 2 on the severity scale of hyperhidrosis disease (HDSS). For topical emulsions for use in the treatment of patients suffering from hyperhidrosis being evaluated.
