abstract | The present invention provides coatings, methods and systems for forming coatings, pots and utensils. The coating comprises a plurality of subcoatings comprising a quasicrystalline material laminated from bottom to top, provided that the particle size of the quasicrystalline material in at least one subcoating is at least one located above it. It is larger than the particle size of the quasicrystalline material in the subcoating. As the inventors have discovered, the coating first forms a quasicrystal material with a large particle size in the lower layer of the coating, and then forms a quasicrystal material with a small particle size in the upper layer of the coating. The coating has good non-stick properties, low cost, simple manufacturing process, easy industrialization and is particularly suitable for use in cooking utensils. |
