titleOfInvention | Methods and equipment for treating target gas-containing exhaust gas in the plasma phase |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for treating an exhaust gas containing a target gas in a plasma phase. A step of generating plasma in the conversion region where the conversion of the target gas is performed; a conversion accelerator containing a conversion promoting element that promotes the conversion of the target gas is supplied to the conversion region as an element having a primary ionization energy of 10 eV or less. Step; A step of supplying a conversion agent to the conversion region by binding to the dissociation product of the target gas, suppressing recombination with the target gas, and converting the conversion product into the conversion product; Provided are a method for treating a target gas-containing exhaust gas in a plasma phase containing a supply step; and an apparatus for realizing the same. According to the present invention, when treating the target gas-containing exhaust gas, the conversion rate of the target gas can be increased and the energy consumption required in the treatment process can be reduced. Further, as a result, the maintenance cost of the processing device can be reduced, the life of the processing device can be improved, and a large-capacity processing device can be realized more easily. The present invention can be applied not only to a step of removing harmful substances but also to a step of synthesizing useful substances such as reforming, gasification, GTL (Gas to Liquid), and polymerization.
