The present invention relates to an identification mark polymer label for component inspection and management and an identification mark method using the same. The present invention provides a label for a discoloration layer matrix containing a resin in which a hydrophilic polymer and a hydrophobic polymer are crosslinked, and a durable polymer material containing a dye layer matrix containing an aqueous dye in the resin. Product information identification is effective for a long period of time due to the discoloration safety, moisture resistance, and durability of the dye layer matrix, and water immersion identification is possible. The aqueous fluorescent dye contained in the dye layer matrix darkens the identification label. However, even if it is attached to a deep part or at night, it can be recognized with the naked eye by visible macroscopic or optical detection, and in particular, the inclusion of a substance that discolors due to irradiation with laser light facilitates the identification label and discolors it. It has improved safety and can be usefully applied to various products including electrical and electronic products, automobiles, industrial equipment, medical equipment, and household electronic products that require long-term inspection and management.
