abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide yeast for producing tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A PcAAS-ADH recombinant yeast for producing tyrosol is obtained by introducing the sequences of PcAAS and ADH into yeast BY4741, and a pdc1 gene knockout cassette and a tyrA expression cassette are introduced into the PcAAS-ADH recombinant yeast to produce tyrosol. PcAAS-ADH-Δpdc1-tyrA recombinant yeast is obtained, and the DNA sequence of HpaBC is introduced into PcAAS-ADH-Δpdc1-tyrA recombinant yeast to produce hydroxytyrosol. Recombinant yeast was obtained. By constructing a biosynthetic pathway for tyrosol or hydroxytyrosol in yeast BY4741, the production of tyrosol or hydroxytyrosol was increased. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
