abstract |
The carbon dioxide reducing device includes a first electrolytic cell provided with a first electrode, a second electrolytic cell provided with a second electrode, an ion transport film for partitioning the first electrolytic cell and the second electrolytic cell, and the like. A first connecting path for connecting the first electrolytic cell and the second electrolytic cell is provided. The first electrode contains a first catalyst that promotes the reaction of reducing carbon dioxide to a reduced product, and the second electrode contains a second catalyst that promotes the reaction of the reduced product and the reaction substrate.
