titleOfInvention | N-terminal fusion partner for recombinant polypeptide production and method for producing recombinant polypeptide using this |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel N-terminal fusion partner, a fusion polypeptide containing the fusion partner and the target polypeptide, and a method for producing the target polypeptide using the same. By using the novel fusion partner according to the present invention, the yield of the target polypeptide (recombinant polypeptide) can be increased as compared with the conventional fusion partner. It is particularly useful when a gene recombination technique is used to prepare a target polypeptide having an amino terminal having a relatively small molecular weight and easily degrading. In addition, the fusion polypeptide containing the fusion partner according to the present invention is protected from proteolytic enzymes of the host cell by being induced to be expressed in the form of an encapsulater in the host cell, and is the target polypeptide. Has the advantage of being able to produce stably. Therefore, the present invention can provide a method for producing a recombinant peptide having improved stability and yield as compared with the case of using a conventional fusion partner.
