abstract |
A memory device, a system, and a way to operate it are provided. Memory devices can include non-volatile memory arrays and control circuit configurations. The control circuit configuration stores a value corresponding to the number of activation commands received in the memory device and updates the value in response to the activation command received from the host device. It is configured to trigger a repair action performed by the memory device when a predetermined threshold is exceeded. The control circuit configuration also stores a second value corresponding to the number of update operations performed by the memory device, updates the second value in response to the update operation performed, and the value is the second value. It is configured to trigger a second repair action performed by the memory device upon exceeding a predetermined threshold of 2. |
