abstract | The present invention relates to a novel fast-soluble preparation of a gel product, particularly a fast-soluble block of a gel product and a method for preparing the same. The preparation method includes a step of adding water to a raw material to dissolve it and concentrating it to obtain a gel solution, a step of drying the gel solution to obtain an irregular honeycomb-shaped gel body, and crushing the gel body for screening. To obtain a gel powder having a particle size of 80 mesh or more, the gel powder was moistened with 85 to 95% alcohol and compressed at a compression ratio of 30 to 60% to obtain a block, and the obtained block was obtained. Includes steps that are fast-dissolving blocks of gel products. The fast-soluble block of the gel product of the present invention has a loose pore structure inside, a high surface area / volume ratio, a product density of 0.4 to 0.8 g / cm 3 , and can be used in boiling water. It can be rapidly dissolved within 2 minutes, has a crispy texture, can be directly orally administered, and can meet consumer demands for convenience of administration in various situations. |
