abstract | Genome data translation systems can be configured to process next-generation sequencing information. The system can receive an output file containing raw genomic data. The system can analyze the output file to determine the segments that correspond to individual chromosomes. The system can identify the range of nucleotides and determine the first set of genes within the range included in the human reference genome list. The system can also maintain a gene list of genes and determine matching genes included in the gene list and the first gene group. The system can generate a configurable text string that includes a non-configurable area and a configurable area. Text based on raw genomic data, translation rules, and translation text strings can be added to the configurable region. |
