titleOfInvention | Generalized Stochastic Super-Resolution Sequencing |
abstract | Systems and methods for sequencing a plurality of polynucleotides include a step of attaching a single DNA template molecule to each of the plurality of attachment elements on a sample container and a stochastic optical switching chemical phenomenon. The step of applying it to all of the molecules at the same time and causing the attached molecule to emit fluorescence of up to four colors by stochastic optical switching in on-event and off-event, and the on-event and off-event for the attached molecule. The average distance between adjacent elements is shorter than Abbe's limit, including the step of capturing on-events and off-events in real time on the color channel for each color when awake.
