abstract | The method for producing a three-dimensional object from a photopolymerizable resin is a step of (a) producing an object adhering to a carrier plate by photopolymerization of the resin in a bottom-up stereolithographic process (for example, continuous liquid interface production). There, (i) the object includes a carrier plate attachment portion, a body portion, and a peripheral boundary portion included in the carrier plate attachment portion and optionally extending to at least a part of the body portion, (ii). The stereolithographic process involves overexposing the boundary portion with light (compared to the exposure of the adherent or body portion), the step of manufacturing the object, (b) optionally the step of cleaning the object, and the step of cleaning the object. It then (c) optionally includes the step of baking the object to produce a further cured three-dimensional object. |
