titleOfInvention Modified transaminase polypeptides and their use
abstract Amino acid sequences of modified transaminase polynucleotides useful for asymmetric synthesis of chiralamine compounds, as well as their preparation and reaction processes under industry-related conditions are provided. Also provided are a polynucleotide sequence encoding a modified transaminase polypeptide, a modified host cell capable of expressing the modified transaminase polypeptide, and a method of producing a chiralamine compound using the modified transaminase polypeptide. Compared to other enzymes, the modified transaminase polypeptide has better catalytic activity and stability and is not inhibited by chiralamine products in the synthetic process. The use of modified polypeptides for the preparation of chiralamine compounds results in higher unit activity and has good industrial prospects.
