abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition having good adhesiveness and excellent heat resistance and electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: The amino group-modified polyolefin (X) and an epoxy resin (Y) are contained, and the amino group-modified polyolefin (X) is a polyolefin (A) and an unsaturated (poly) carboxylic acid (anhydrous). (B) and a compound (b0) having a functional group reactive with a carboxylic acid (anhydrous) group and an amino group are contained as constituent raw materials, and the polyolefin (A) is ethylene and α-olefin (number of carbon atoms). It is a polyolefin having 3 to 8) as an essential constituent monomer, and the weight ratio [ethylene / α-olefin] of ethylene to α-olefin (3 to 8 carbon atoms) as the constituent monomer is 5/95. The thermo-curable resin composition (Z) which is ~ 50/50 and the amino group-modified polyolefin (X) satisfies all of the following requirements (1) to (3). [Selection diagram] None |
