titleOfInvention | Detection device |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a coenzyme solution in a state suitable for detection when detecting a chemical substance in a gas sample as a substrate by detecting a coenzyme of an enzymatic reaction, and easily to supply a gas sample. Provided is a detection device capable of detecting a chemical substance inside. SOLUTION: The detection device 10 for detecting a chemical substance in a gas sample is a mixture of a first supply system 17 for supplying a buffer solution to a mixing tank 15 and a second supply system 19 for supplying a coenzyme solution. A liquid flow path into which the mixed liquid flows from the tank, an enzyme holding membrane that holds an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction of chemical substances in a gas sample by reacting with a coenzyme, and one surface of which is in contact with the liquid flow path. A gas flow path that is in contact with the other surface of the enzyme retention film and through which a gas sample flows, and a light irradiation unit that irradiates a coenzyme with excitation light in a liquid flow path near the enzyme retention film, and fluorescence generated by being excited. It is characterized by having a first detection unit for detecting the gas, and a control unit for controlling the first supply system and the second supply system according to the detection result by the first detection unit.
