abstract | 【Theme】 By using it for forming an insulating film (resin coating material layer) of an insulated wire, it is possible to improve the film-forming property around the conductor, and the obtained insulated wire can be made to have an excellent appearance, and has flame retardancy and mechanical properties. Also, it is an object of the present invention to provide a resin composition which can realize desired excellent characteristics suitable for an insulated electric wire. The present invention also provides a resin coating material using the above resin composition, a wire harness for automobiles having a layer of the resin coating material, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: It contains the following components (A) and (B), and also contains at least one of the following components (C) and (D). (A) Low density polyethylene resin, (B) Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, (C) Thioether compound, (D) Fluororubber, The proportion of the component (A) is 5 to 40 parts by mass and the proportion of the component (B) is 60 to 95 parts by mass in the total content of the components (A) and (B) of 100 parts by mass. The total content of the components (C) and (D) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total content of (B) is 0.05 to 1 part by mass.
