abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for treated water capable of reusing treated water to be treated and safely draining the treated water. A water treatment apparatus comprising a chelate treatment step of passing water to be treated through a filter medium mainly composed of a fiber base material to treat the water to be treated, wherein the fiber base material is a carboxylic acid type. A first filter medium composed of either a chelate fiber or a phosphoric acid type chelate fiber and a second filter medium whose fiber base material is composed of either an amine type chelate fiber or a polyol type chelate fiber are provided, respectively.
