abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for treated water capable of reusing treated water to be treated and safely draining the treated water. A water treatment apparatus comprising a chelate treatment step of passing water to be treated through a filter medium mainly composed of a fiber base material to treat the water to be treated, wherein the fiber base material is a carboxylic acid type. A first filter medium composed of either a chelate fiber or a phosphoric acid type chelate fiber and a second filter medium whose fiber base material is composed of either an amine type chelate fiber or a polyol type chelate fiber are provided, respectively. A step of passing the water to be treated through one or both of the 1st filter medium and the 2nd filter medium to treat the water to be treated is provided. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
