abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel postoperative adhesion inhibitor. Specifically, we provide a novel postoperative adhesion inhibitor different from IL-6 receptor antibody and IFN-γ antibody. An adhesion inhibitor containing a substance that inhibits the function of TNFα (Tumor Necrosis Factor α) as an active ingredient is used. According to the adhesion inhibitor, the adhesion score and histologically, the adhesion can be clearly suppressed by the preoperative administration. In addition, administration of the adhesion inhibitor of the present invention also suppresses an increase in the expression level of mRNA of adhesion formation-related molecules such as IL-6 and PAI-1 after surgery. In addition, the expression of inflammatory markers that may occur with adhesions can be suppressed. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
