titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of hollow molded products that come into contact with high-pressure hydrogen |
abstract | 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a hollow molded product in contact with high-pressure hydrogen, which is made of a polyamide resin composition in which the occurrence of cracks at a joint is suppressed even when the high-pressure hydrogen is repeatedly filled and released. SOLUTION: A method for producing a hollow molded product, which comprises a step of forming a hollow molded product in a mold by a die slide injection heat fusion molding method, wherein the hollow molded product is made of a polyamide resin composition and is a hollow molded product. The average spherical crystal size in the portion 500 μm inside from the surface is 20 μm or less, and the tensile strength of the test piece including the joint portion of the hollow molded product becomes the tensile strength of the test piece not including the joint portion of the hollow molded product. A method for producing a hollow molded product that comes into contact with high-pressure hydrogen, which is characterized by being 80% or more. [Selection diagram] None |
