abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize observation of a moving affected area in a more preferable manner. SOLUTION: A light source that illuminates an affected area, a branched optical system that separates light from the affected area into a plurality of polarized lights having different polarization directions, a detection unit that individually detects each of the plurality of polarized lights, and the plurality of polarized lights.
